Privacy Policy

The short version. Spendy does not collect anything. It makes no network requests at all — no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising. Everything you record stays in a file on your iPhone. Turn on Airplane Mode and the whole app still works.

What stays on your device

Everything you record — amounts, categories, notes, dates, your monthly budget and your currency choice — is stored in a single file inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. We cannot read it. It is included in your device backup if you use one; that backup is between you and Apple.

What we don't do

No accounts, no sign-in, no email address collected.
No analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no third-party trackers.
No access to your bank, no linked cards, no transaction feeds.
No servers of our own. The app never contacts us, because there is nothing to contact.
No selling or sharing of anything, because we don't hold anything to sell.

Subscription

Spendy Pro is purchased through Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether a subscription is active. We never see your payment details.

Exporting and deleting

Settings → Export CSV writes a file you choose where to put; that copy is yours and outside our reach. Deleting the app removes the stored file and everything in it. There is no server-side copy to request or erase.

Children

Spendy is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
